Hi new to the forum and of course...I need help.
I own a 2004 Newmar Mountain Aire that I just purchased. My problem is that one of the retracting springs on the back left leveler broke. I contacted HWH and was told that a tech would call me back. Waited a week no response so I sent an email to customer service requesting help with my problem....no response. Filled out a customer request form on their website and after a week never recieved a response. Called again last week and was told a tech would call.....nothing.
Sooo...my question is...does anyone know who else I could call to order the springs.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Brent

I had contacted HWH last week twice and always got a call back from a technician within a few hours. Try again !

Welcome Voxboy to the Newmar forum and irv2.
Here is a link to HWH & dealers that maybe in your local area. HWH usually responds do not know why you are having problems. Have you call Tech Support they will direct you to ordering.
In Quick Tips there is a thread to help you when you have to replace that spring, be careful.
Enjoy the forum and do post often.

Thanks for the info folks. I contacted one of their dealers and the springs will be shipped on Monday from Grand Rapids.

THanks
Brent
