my hwh system in not showing any lights on the drivers input panel, checked
all fuse at the main board all ok, one red light on at bottom right corner. any help greatly appreciated. o4 madp

Welcome to the forum, Buck This link provides a link to HWH for their jack systems for Newmar.
It may not be a fuse but a ground causing your problem, also look for solenoid on face of tank near pump for 40 amp fuse holder that might be corrode and broken, replace with Auto reset circuit beaker.

I contacted HWH 4 days ago and still waiting for a call back, is this normal ?
HWH works several days out, it may take days for them to get back with you. Newmar can push the process forward if you can get them to work with you. I didn't see your coach year or model.

BTW Paul - I took the drivers front strut (hydraulic cylinder) off and sent it back to HWH for rebuild - it is back, re-installed and working like new. Thanks for the help!
