HWH auto leveling acting up

2016 DSDP 4018. The Hwh auto leveling is raising the front of the coach way beyond the "level" point. Ultimately the HWH will beep because the front is raised to the max. Manual leveling works just fine. The system indicates correctly which corners of the coach need to be raised.

Anyone have any ideas?

Call HWH sometimes you can get through, sometimes you have to wait for a call. Have the model numbers from the manual ready or try to identify the system from the website so they know what system you have. They usually have some good input.

When leveling the coach raise each side rail with front and rear jack working together, when the jacks extend one jack may touch the ground first, than it will wait for other one to touch ground than both will lift rail together to level.
Do the same with other side rail till its level.
If front or rear needs to level than raise till yellow light goes out, never raise rear wheels off the ground.
Auto level can twist frame of coach not so much on DP chassis but more so on gas chassis.
Auto level function is fine on level camp site pad soft ground maybe not so much, use wood pad under jack.
