WendyJeff, I called HWH today and was told it will take two days or so to get a call back.

Bob;
It's after dark here now, I will go out in the morning and make a list.

Folks, if your having trouble getting thru to HWH call Chuck at RV Leveling in Elkhart, IN. He is an HWH certified facility and has been in business for 32 years. The # is 1 800 826-6267. They are Mon - Thurs until 3:00 in the afternoon unless his business hours have changed. He has parts in stock. I have NO affiliation with this business only that they have worked on our moho and are a top notch outfit. Give him a try.

Bob, these are the Newmar operating systems for the different HWH jacks used for model year of your coach, shows the pump and solenoids as related to its jack.
There is also added info in Quick Tips.

WendyJeff, I called HWH today and was told it will take two days or so to get a call back.
Mine are arranged as follows, front to back:
1, LR
2, LF
3, RF
4, RR

If you want to verify what yours are, one way is:

1. With the jacks extended, on the keypad, hit store, as soon as the weight of the unit is down on the tires, hit off or turn ig key off. The jacks should still be extended at this point, but the pads should not be on the ground.

2. Look at each jack, and note it's position.
3. Turn the manual release nut on the first solinoid 3.5 to 4 turns. Then watch the jacks, one of them should be retracting. Mark that solinoid (on the steel valve body) which one retracted.
4. Work through the rest of them, as per step 3.

There may be an internal O ring also, that could be your problem. I did not pay that much attention to that part of the one I replaced, as my problem was a failed coil.

Good Luck.

Had same problem w/one jack. Ready to order new solenoid but decided to check the CHECK VALVE "O" rings first. That was it, a tiny (3/8") rubber "O" ring on end of stem had a nick in it. Replaced it ( 10 cents in hardware store ) and no more trouble. Made post yesterday on here, but don't remember where.

Right now my problem has gone away by itself. We're out camping right now and I'm staying level. I think I'll order the o-ring kit just to have it on hand. I may have mentioned in an earlier post that HWH did return my call the morning we were pulling out on this trip so I didn't have much time to talk to them but the lady I spoke to told me o-rings could not cause this problem unless you saw a visible fluid leak. But I'm hearing differently here.
