HWH Jack problems

Looking for idea's with jack problem. I have the HWH 626 series jacks. With the ignition on the travel light on the control panel is on. The jacks are currently raised. When I mash the button to lower the jacks nothing happens, no lights come on. When I mash the store button the lights come indicating the jacks are up and the front and right side of the mh are not level. Any ideas on where to look to see why nothing happens when I mash the button to lower the jacks.

New problem ? Or new to you coach ?
Do you have the system users manual, with the trouble shooting guide ?
I have a much older system it can be turned on to retract/store with the ignition on, but requires the ignition in the accessory position and park brake set prior to leveling.

Skip, unfortunately this is a new problem. I also looked at the troubleshooting guide and this issue was not addressed

Same as Skip with my 2003. Parking Brake set, and ignition in Aux position. Sometimes if the microswitch which senses the parking brake position hangs up I need to fiddle with it. But the "brake not set " light on the control lets me know that this is what is going on.

I have the same system. Are you trying a manual or automatic lowering?

Do you hear anything when you push the button? A solenoid click? Have you tried levelling manually with the arrow buttons? If so, still nothing?
Are there any lights lit in the control box with the clear plastic cover?
My first suspicion is a bad ground. I'd check all grounds at the unit and make sure they're secure. I'd then check to see if the main solenoid is getting voltage.

I have the parking brake set, I have tried the ignition in the on position as well as the acc position. I've tried it with the generator running, the engine running as well as plugged into shore power. The ready to travel light does come on and I have lights on in the control box behind the plexiglass cover. I hear solonoids when I hit the store button. I've tried the HWH online trouble shooting manual and nothing matches my situation. I've called HWH and the troubleshooting line is backed up and will be a couple days before they call back. I'm not close to any HWH service centers. So far I'm at a loss.

The only thing I can think of , if you have good grounds , would be to have someone cycle the system while you check to see if the control board is supplying power to the motor control relay, and that the relay is powering the motor. If you have power to the motor ( you can try supplying power direct to the motor with jumper cables ) and it won't run then maybe my post on repairing the motor might help.
I'll link you to it. BRB.

EDIT: This may help

Hi Sonny, as questioned above, are you trying the auto or manual deployment of the jacks? On my 625 system, key in acc poistion, press the power button twice, that starts the air bag dump, after about 1 minute air suspension lowered, the jacks start to come down, low side first, and levels the Coach.
Guide here http://www.hwh.com/ml35963.pdf

Palehorse, I have the same control board. The jacks are currently in the store mode. With the ignition on the "travel mode" light is on. When I hit the "HYD"/"Level" button nothing happens, no matter how many times I hit it. However if I hit the "Store" button the yellow level light come on indicating when the motorhome is not level. According to the troubleshooting manual, with my ignition on the proper LED's in the control box are on indicating that the unit should operate. It's almost like I have a problem with the "hyd/level" button on the control panel show in your picture. After I take a deep breath I'm going to pull out the control panel and look at it, I'm not expecting to see anything I can fix myself without a new control panel.

Nothing happens. If I could get the "HYD/LEVEL" light to light up mashing that button I would expect I could use the dump button to release the air, my problem is I can't get the HYD/LEVEL light to come on by mashing it. As I stated earlier I can mash the "Store" button and the panel will light up like a Christmas tree. Darn HYD/LEVEL button. I've tried to MASH, SMASH and CURSE the HYD/LEVEL button and that dang button just won't do anything

The switches behind each button can be individually replaced, had one of mine replaced while at HWH last year. I suspect the power button switch is faulty.
