We too recently experienced one of the jacks (LF) retracting off the ground post auto-hyd.leveing. End result was a bad actuator needle seat. Newmar together with HWH diagnosed and determined (remotely via CS call), shipped the replacement actuator to a 3rd party service tech at our RV park location and the repair was completed in approx. 30-mins.

Took longer to read the instructions on removal and replacement that it took to actually swap them out.

Good info. Waiting for HWH to call me back. Also, waiting for the local hydraulic place to call me back as well.

Seems to me that this is a common problem !
My LF jack does exactly the same thing , No leaks, but it slowly retracts
in an hour or 2. It has to be the solenoid valve.
