If you have the HWH 625 or 625S automatic leveling and you can get to the motherboard to read it, there is a schematic of the fuses and LED's HERE with short (somewhat cryptic) descriptions of what they indicate. Its 2 pages which you can print on both sides of a single sheet and have it laminated to carry in the coach for problems like this. Could be as simple as the 12V connection to the particular solenoid came unhitched.
Could be the solenoid for the jack isn't opening (for a viariety of 12V problems to that jack) to allow pump pressure to be pushed thru to extend the jack, could be solenoid opens but the needle valve hole is plugged (they goop everything up w/this lousy black paint that chips & peels every time you sneeze, and this is allergy season, so black paint flakes could be the culprit). Could be some other stuff as well. Once you check out the LEDs and fuses you can post more.
Fuse for RF jack is F3, LEDs 5 & 6 tell you if you are getting signal to open solenoid for that jack & if motherboard is sending 12V to open the jack. As you can see this is very convenient for isolating a problem. If its the motherboard relay or another component, HWH will gladly sell you a new board (sadly they did not make the relays on sockets so if one fails it is a tedious solder job by somebody clever in such things to replace a simple mechanical component).

Don't forget all those white wires, grounds for solenoids, they all go to a common point on your chassis frame or wiring point.

Please call HWH. Their warranty extends beyond the Newmar one year. They will walk you thru what to do if you can fix, or help you get it fixed it you can't. They replaced a spring & valves 2 years after we bought our coach on one of our jacks and made time for us to drop into their Moscow, IA facility to do it. They are GREAT to work with.

If you narrowed the problem down give HWH a call they will confirm your diagnosis. As stated above they are great to work with.

Thanks for all the input... here is an update on what i found...
The jack does not extend when I use auto leveling feature but I am able to extend it manually. After the auto leveling process stops, the jack is in the up position. Inspecting the LED's all look as expected except 26 which is described as the "ground input from the Right Front Jack Pressure Switch".
Any additonal input is appreciated. I will also be contacting the folks from HWH.

The pressure switch is on top of the jack take off wire plug and clean and reset in switch. If it doesn't help do not remove switch because fluid will flow out. You would need replacement and extra fluid when its changed.
Have you checked the grounds from solenoids and found nothing loose or broken?

I talked with HWH and I was able to solve my issue. It turns out the problem appears (at least in part) to be related to the level sensing unit. I say "in part" because I also played around with the wire connections at the top of the jack in the process. In any case, the level sensing unit needed adjusted as well and after following the instructions in the "sensing unit maintenance/service" document provided by HWH, I am now able to both automatically and manually level my RV.
Thanks for all the input and suggestions. Now on to the dash air conditioner.

HWH provides some excellent documentation for trouble shooting. There phone support is top-notch. They called me back and walked me through some extra steps to verify the resolution to my problem..
