Hwh touch pad issue

HWH Touch Pad

If I touch the FRONT button front jacks go down
Touching REAR button all jacks go down
Touching STORE all jacks retract

My problem is the LEFT button not working, but the RIGHT button does so cant level side to side

Is that an issue with the Touch Pad?

Is there a fix, or ????

Any help appreciated

Thank you

Sounds like the pad. I would start out by removing the pad and checking the wires, maybe just dirt or a wire touching. Also if you go to HWH website their are trouble shooting guides for every system, that may help also.

When mine started acting up as yours, I found by pressing the left pad for a long time it would work.. I replaced the touch panel and all is now go. I had to use an RV shop to order the part as HWH was 2 weeks behind in the parts Dept. getting back to non shops.

Had ours rebuilt at the factory for the princely sum of $22.50. If you are not in a hurry I would call them and see if I could send it to them for testing a repair. Our unit replacement cost would have been $160.00. We had all of our 11 year old springs replaced and now retraction time is 45 seconds or less.

I just replaced the panel and that fixed it.

Get in touch with HWH and send the touch pad in for repair. Cheap fix that will probably take care of your problem.
