Hydro hot heat exchanger

The heat exchanger or a line under the refrigerator is leaking . It looks like the wood cover is glue. The only way I see to get at it is to remove the refrigerator & floor . It by be easier to just tear the vent cover up . Any help would be appreciated . Thanks

Typically, there are spring loaded latches holding the panel OR a panel over the exchanger to provide access. Carefully try the grated panel or ones near it to see if they will pop off.
