I know the generator fuel pickup is located such that you run out of fuel to the gennie when you get to 1/4 level in fuel tank. Anyone know if the same is true for the fuel pickup for the Oasis burner? Hate to run myself to empty running my heater?

The fuel pick up in the fuel tank is installed as the Gen fuel pipe is.
Go to page 31, figure 38 and you will see instruction for installation.
All heater are in the Quick Tips link for your reference.

I think they share the same fuel pickup line in the fuel tank.
