Hydronic heat has quit again!

For the 3rd time since we bought our coach last Sept. our Precision Temp
hydronic heating system has quit. This time we were dry camping so it left us with no heat or hot water from Sat. morning until Sun. when we came home. Thankfully it was warm out so the coach stayed warm at night. But having to boil water to do dishes? I can do that in a tent, not a $200K coach.
I had a feeling it was about to fail again because of the louder than normal squeeling from the circulating pump, so last week I had our service guy order a new pump. Should have the part by Wed.
So far out of 30 days of camping we have had only 12 days with a properly functioning system. Plus we cancelled one trip because of it.
The coach is only 22 months old. The previous owner had the heat fixed twice.
Is this precision Temp system that unreliable or did we get a lemon? When it works it is a fantastic system, but this is bad.
Tomorrow I will call Newmar and gripe. They have no knowledge of this since we purchased the coach from a private seller and the factory warranty was expired. Thankfully we have an aftermarket service contract and a good service guy.
Has anyone else had troubles like this with their hydronic heat?

Ask Rober Berke here. He may be the best to consult with outside the factory.

I had a similar experience last year. Mine is a HydroHot CSA Canadain Standards Association) utilizing a Beckett burner. I removed the burner and shipped it to Colorado, the maker. It came back perfect. No issues since.
