I bought mine from a local dealer. MSRP is $419
They say the price is the same for the 400 and 600. Some say they are supposed to add labor to the price with a minimum of 1 hour even for overcounter sales, bringing price up to $600 with shipping.
I was able to get it for $350 with shipping, so just call around. All are going to be shipped direct from Thetford to dealer no matter where you go, and that is the reason for a shipping fee.

Wow! $350 for a 600 is a fantastic deal considering the discharge hose alone is $75. I may need to look into a spare kit for replacement parts.

Hello Don,
Sorry it took this long to get back with you but the cost for the turbo is $450 plus shipping. If you are interested I used:

Recieved my turbo 400s yesterday. It is packaged for OEM, meaning no retail box, and all the components just loosely boxed. If you order the individual components, you get the same thing. Probably why they are not listing this as a retail item.

Hello,
The bolts on the outlet can be loosened for adjustment and to aid in the install. You may want to get a small rubber grommet to pass the wires through the back plate.
Good luck on the install and keep us posted. If you can figure out a solution to keep the hose neat instead of just tossed in there I'm all ears.

Where did you get your electrical from? I have a sanicon now but the wiring will need to be heavier for turbo
Thanks DCG

On my current coach, I picked up the power from the water cord reel. I installed a circuit breaker and ran the wiring down behind the reel.

On my 18 DS they pick up power behind the cord real, behind the plastic panel, once removed there is a row of circuit breakers, with SaniCon has its own circuit breaker

Just installed a turbo 600S in my 04 Dutchstar, the wet bay in the older models seem to be better equipped for it from what I've noticed. The valves are higher than the sanicon and it doesn't hold any water. It's one of the best things I've done for the motor home, I don't care how fast it is but like how clean and simple it makes things. I'm a freak about flushing the black tank so it still takes me a bit of time, the water has to be clear and no paper before I'm done. Lol. One thing I do is leave the small cap off of the sanicon hose until the moisture in the hoses evaporates, haven't had any problems with smell like some have stated but I take the time to make sure there's no water left in the system.
