Waiting for tool and bits. If that doesn't work have no other choice but to cut access through the back panel then patch like you would drywall. Thanks to all for suggestions.
Window frame screws can only be removed from inside coach, then carefully pushed out using suction cup holders

I received the tool and sadly it was a waste of money. Using a #1- 2 square bit there just is not enough room to remove the tool with screw attached. I did not give up, thanks to all for suggesting a fix.
I am in the process of making a video (here and you tube) of the quickest and safest way to remove the frame screws after removing the finished panels inside the overhead compartment. Be careful when removing the panels as they are only thin wooden ply and held in place with U staples. With the window removed you can pull out the staples and use wood glue when re-installing. Remember this window is only used on some high end coaches where frame screws are hidden behind cabinet.
