Dick & Peg thanks for the link to your journal sure brings back memories. Was stationed up there back in the 50's working in A.C.S repeater sites in every town and city you have visited so far. When you get to Big-D look out for the buffalos they use to bump thru the cars during winter months at the 20 room lodge in town.

If you go to Seward be sure and take the tour of the small boat area. We found out about it at the local museum. Not only did we tour the boat area, but we also toured the place where they process/freeze and ship he fish. It is the largest FedEx air operation in the US.

Also, go get halibut at the "Showcase Lounge" in old-town. Wonderful!
