Hi and welcome to the forum.

If you're talking about the front TV.... it won't work if the ignition key is on. A safety feature so as not to distract the driver.

Tv is in the middle between driver and passenger I had a fleetwood that we just move tv plug in to a different outlet. This ventanna has 5 things pluged in left compartment none are the tv. I can't find where the tv is getting the power.

Look between the windshield and the dash up high behind the TV there is a wooden grille you have to pry the grille off with a putty knife and you will see where the TV plugs in there is a relay in the box you can just unplug the small wire and the TV will stay on with the Ignition on the panel is glued on. I think it is illegal in most states to run the front TV while Driving

I see the panel your talking about but if it splits I assume you can buy that panel and reinstall. Once you get the panel off are there many wires in there or is there just the one small relay

On my Dutch Star, it's a matter of removing a fuse in the compartment below the driver and in front of the left front wheel.

The fuse box is it inside under the dash or is it outside in a compartment.

It is behind the panel I am talking about you can glue the panel back if it splits
if you are real careful you might not split it
