Induction cookware find!
We had a discussion here a while back regarding induction cookware.
We, like many here, own the Magna stackable Induction ready pots and pans.
The only thing we really missed was having a square griddle for doing grilled cheese, or French toast, etc...
Walked into a Target yesterday...and there it was. The missing piece of cookware we’ve been looking for.
https://www.target.com/p/cooking-lig...y/-/A-52855711
Finally...we have an easy to use griddle for those times you just want to use a square griddle pan.

Nice.... but it is aluminum... Don’t think it will work on induction...

Charlie, how do you like the Magma nesting pots/pans? We were thinking of getting these. Any issues?

We've had the Magma set for two years and it's still working great with us fulltiming. Like Charlie, I went looking for a super non-stick pan for omelettes and pancakes went with the Stoneline pan, very expensive, but you can cook anything without grease or butter and it won't stick. I do regret spending so much when i could just buy a cheap pan every year...

No...we really love the fact they store so compactly. The ceramica coated version is easy to clean...
The only issue we had was in the initial ordering. We had two sets delivered with dented pots, and mars in the ceramica coating. Amazon was good about shopping out replacements. Third set was a charm.
So...just give them a good inspection when you receive them. Hopefully they have stepped up their QC.

Wal-Mart has induction pans. They also have a square pan. If a magnet sticks to the bottom it's good, if it slides off , it isn't an induction pan.

I use Scanpans so empathize with the price issue. Thing is the more expensive pans are typically heavier and heat more evenly. At least that is my rationalization for spending that much!

We've been pleased with our Magma set for almost 5 years. Expensive but good quality.

Yes, I got the magma edition, it's lava hot, vs. the woosie magna set
(I'm never going to get this straight, and if I use magna then I'll think it goes on my windshield)

Non stick! I'm counting calories, and any calories lost to the griddle are vital!
