Installing small window awning

Has anyone done this? How difficult is it to do? I want to install a small window awning with pull-down strap on the curbside slide. The powered awning will be overhead. I want the small awning for times when I don't want to leave the full awning out.

I have a quote from the factory to do it but the labor is almost as high as the awning itself. Do you have to screw into the wall studs? Any help will be appreciated. I am somewhat handy at these projects but don't want to mess it up either for $150 savings.

The awning rail to hold to side of coach above window is attached with snap rivets through wall and in a stud or so.
Place some sealant behind rail and other attachments for arms.
You may see stud locations in early morning before walls warm up from due on walls.

Thanks 007. I also found some podcasts by A&E awning. I decided to let the pros do it.

I had CW put four on my Journey. With the Presidsents Club discount, they installed them for a fraction of the cost of my dealer.
Also, they were a perfect mach to my patio awning that came from the factory.

P.S. CW guarantees their installations for 1 year.
