Installing WiFi Ranger in 2005 Essex?

I am going to try to install a WiFi Ranger internet booster on my 2005 Essex I recently bought to help secure my internet connection. Has anyone installed this on their coach in this age of vehicle? I read one blog that talked of a "chase" that is already installed in roof of this vehicle and will allow fishing the wires to the overhead cabinets in the front.

Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful.
