There are two ways to approach it. One is directly with Spartan, going through Chris Friar who shares an office with Carl Snyder in High line service. He will help you to orchestrate coming to a Spartan dealer or Charlotte, MI. to have the repairs done.
The dealer network may be the way to go if time and distance prevent you from traveling to Michigan. If so, I would sure want to get an appointment with a dealer who has performed some installs... Spartan sent out techs to many service centers to teach how to correctly do it.
I suspect there are many K2 chassis owners who have not had the upgrade done as they have not become aware of the issue, and I am not sure the campaign letter has been sent out yet. Lastly, as I am sure you have read, the solution remains a moving target for the fix. There are a few of us who have had various levels of upgrade until Spartan makes a definitive decision on how to correct all coaches. They say only 4% of all K2s have been affected with problems thus far. </div></BLOCKQUOTE> Thanks for your info, guess I'm part of the 4%. tm2go
