Looks Great Rick. I have the non-new and improved and love it. We travel with it wrapped either on the bed or besides.

I have the new and improved version too. Love it. Never leaves my side while driving. We then take the topper and put it our dash just so and it is a great place for keys, hold a drink while getting ready to leave, tickets to parks, etc.

Here's my Carlyle table.... no inserts in the cup area, but a center slot for a cell phone....

I think I can talk Dirk into taking it to Tampa if anyone who is going to be there would want it... FREE to to the first one I hear from.

I'm not asking anything for it, but you're welcome to it.... I'll get with Dirk today and make certain he can bring it to Tampa.

History of the Carlyle table topper.

Since I bought my MH I had been looking for some sort of "center console" to place next to the driver's seat for handy access to various items.

I had talked to Carlyle about it on one visit to his shop, and he said he has had requests for such an item, but was unable to come up with a design.

He had a topper for the doghouse in the gassers, but nothing for diesel pushers.

Some months later, I'm back at Carlyle's and Bob is along this time.

The three of us are discussing the idea, and between the three of us, we come up with the idea of the topper that would sit on top of Carlyle's High-Low table.

I got the first one, Bob was second, and several others have bought them also.

The bottom of the topper is lined with felt, so as to not mar the high-low table, and the topper is removed when parked, and the table is used normally.

I believe the topper will fit the Miller Magic Table, if you have one of those.

If not, I recommend Carlyle's High-Low table, as it's nicer, and designed better.

Carlyle Lehman did have some info on a web site about his business, Focal Wood Products, but it's no longer there.

Carlyle's phone number, 888-546-1662 in Nappanee, IN.

He's Amish, so he will never answer the phone, but leave a message and he will call you back.
