The entire coach has an abundance of LED lighting, which I was very pleased with. Natural lighting in the back half of the coach is really lacking. I wish they still could have incorporated the windows at the head of the bed, even with the power incline bed base.

We did purchase our Ventana from Transwest.

Who did you work with?

I'm taking it to Cherry Creek this weekend. I live just across the street from the park, so I can run home to get anything I might need for the two day break in.

Wade was our salesman, we had bought from him before, 3 years ago. Josh was the service tech that did our PDI and walk through. Everyone was great. Did you get the e mail and cell phone for Bill H, the RV Technical Adviser? If not get it from your salesperson. Bill is the man to call about any questions you might have. He is very good about returning calls and e mails.
We live 4 miles from Transwest, so we went to St. Vrain State Park, which is only 4 miles away. we where still winterized from the factory, and I left it that way, but we where able to check out everything else.

Steve Kovac was our sales guy and Lance was our walk through guy. Steve was amazing but Lance wasn't as thorough as I hoped he would be.

Spoke with Bill yesterday haha. He helped me change the darn code to the entrance keypad. I couldn't find that instruction anywhere.

I am also debating whether to leave it winterized or not. Since I'll be there a couple days, I just might use one faucet, one toilet and shower. That will limit the amount of re-winterizing I will have to do. I'm anxious to get Direct TV setup and streaming on the TV's!
