Our appointment for warranty work was June 12th and we were there almost five days...We were super satisfied, and happy with the work the techs. did for us...We were very well treated, and found our team to be courteous and caring at all times...
If you remember our windshield problem..one side had shifted...the technicians found one side had no sealant,so both were removed and re-installed...
Every problem was rectified and more..Hurrah for Newmar!

we were there 3 weeks ago and I certainly concur about the fine treatment we received. Out team was great to work with. I must say they had to do most of the repairs twice to get them to our satisfaction but never did they complain, just jumped in and got the job done. I commend Newmar for their customer relations. We left very pleased. Thanks Newmar...Don

paulmarg, glad everything went well for you at the Newmar factory, that's why I always try to get an appointment and get any issues I have with the coach done there. Great facility, and very nice people to work with. Ed.S
