I would suggest either the factory service center or one of their authorized service centers. See the website or call customer service for a recommendation.

I am at the Spartan rally now and one thing they made a strong point of is to check ride height BEFORE initiating any alignment activities. If your service center doesn't do this, get in the coach and drive off, 'cuz they don't know what they are doing.

Spartan did a good job on three axle alignment but left our coach with a large unbalance on the front axle. Newmar was able to make small adjustments within spec to shift weight to the light side.

Spartan just finished mine yesterday and got it beautifuly right. They have a new alignment machine and also weighed it. If you're in the area, they do an excellent job and really treat the customer right.

Not sure why Spartan is a fault for the unbalance problem. Seems like it just might be more related to design/build and loading the coach.

Bob,
Each time they made an alignment change the unbalance got worse. It was 500#'s on the first alignment check and weighing. After they were done the alignment was corrected but unbalance was over 1300#'s. They said "sometimes that happens and nothing can be done". They and I verified that there was no unusually heavy stuff in curb side storage.

Randy in Nappanee easily got the unbalance down to 300#'s. A small change in the ride height adjustment on each side can make a huge change in side to side weight.

Nuff said. I'm a happy camper.
