Well, it fixed itself. Sort of.
Since I couldn't figure out which fuse to pull to cut off the power to the keypad, I decided to remove it so I could just disconnect it totally. I removed the screws holding the keypad/grab base on, and as I was pulling the cable out to get to the connector, the buzzing stopped. I disconnected the keypad, reconnected it, and it's working fine now.
There's some discoloration on one side of the connector, but I don't see any other signs of overheating or anything like that. Very strange.
I'll talk to Newmar about it tomorrow, and might have them replace it (again) when we're at a service center, but I'm not going to worry to much about it for now.
