Welcome to the forum and irv2 Treelog.
We do not have a KA but maybe this DS will give you a construction look of coach builds.
If I find a KA I'll post that also.
Here is a bunch of video's of Newmar construction for most any of their coach's.

I was at the factory last month and watched them building a King Aire. When I took my camera out, I was reminded that no pictures were allowed to be taken. Must be TOP SECRET information.

Must have been next year's model.
Pictures have always been allowed.

Doubt it. It was not the recently-hired tour guide that admonished me, but rather an apparent Newmar zealot in the group. Oh well...

The Amish do not want their picture taken, but members have posted many pictures of the assembly line.

That's a shame. I have taken the factory tour six times and pictures have been permitted on each and every tour I took.
Dirk is absolutely correct that the Amish do not wish to have pictures taken of them for religious belief reasons and we all respect that, but we have always been permitted -- even encouraged from time to time -- to take pictures of the coaches going through production to our heart's content.

When I took the tour we could take pictures of everything but not of the Amish workers.

Thanks for the photo's!
I was considering adding the shoe storage in the rear closet to our DSDP. Now I see that Newmar adds alum. studs and supports to them when ordered. Guess I won't be doing it!! No way to weld the alum in under the rear cap.

"No picture taking or video" during the plant tour is now on the release form you are asked to sign before the tour. During the tour we took yesterday the female guide had to politely ask someone to put their camera away. She stated you can only take pictures of "your" coach being built and as many as you like. King Aire was on the line just ahead of 3 ventanas and one in the last finishing area but we were asked no to go into that one. I can only speak for ourselves in that we would not want everyone and their brother and sister going in "our" king coach if that were ever a reality, just saying so we understood.
