Kitchen Faucet Odor

I know this topic has been discussed here on several occasions; but, I have a twist I am hoping I can get some help with. We have a 2015 Ventana 4002 (bath and a half). We are full timers and have been for about a year now. About one in every 5 or 6 times we use the kitchen faucet we get a strong odor from under the sink. We have replaced the air admittance valve (AAV) on two different occasions with two different types/models. This has not seemed to have helped. This is one of the twists. The other twist is that the odor occurs sometimes when the sink is plugged with the stopper and the water is running. Why would there be an odor when there is no water being drained? We have never had any odor from either of the two bathroom sinks. We are 100% certain that the odor is not from the water itself or the blank tank, it is the grey water tank odor for sure. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Wink

I don't think it's the faucet at all, it's your P trap, take it apart clean it out.
