Partial Kitchen Slide Failure

I’ve learned a lot about the kitchen slide on this thread. My 2014 4037Ventana kitchen slide problem is a little different. My slide is all the way out. When I bring it in, about half way in, one end stops and the front end keeps coming in. It go’s back out ok and back in the one end just stops. Being a one motor slide I can’t understand how one end just stops. I’m thinking the cog wheel is jamming up but have no visual access to see. At campground I had my wife press the “in” button while we pushed on the outside end of slide and it inched on in and locked. The slid is out now at home and same problem. Any thoughts to share?

Kitchen slide dead

I have a similar issue. 2008 Ventana, sides will often work in only one direction. So I put a switch which reverses the slide motor leads. When it acts up and only works one way, I throw the switch and push the “out” button and “in”it Comes!
