Kitchen Slideout leak.

Went with Newmar because of quality. Disappointed that my kitchen slideout leaks in hard driving rain. Only slideout without a topper. It leaks down where all the plumbing and wiring are. There is a little drip pan at the base of the slide with a drain hose outside. At first the hose was kinked and pan overflowed.
Fixed that and thought problem was solved. Water in basement below slideout now instead. Seems to get behind rubber seals and run down.

Is your coach level from side to side ?this could cause water to penetrate the seal area.the water will dam up against it

Are the seals flat against the sidewall of slide when open withno folds in rubber seal?
Are you sure its the seal around slide and not the coiled piping for sink drain that is not leaking?
