The glue and foam is deteriorating - literally. I've not found any good way to stop this once it starts except replacing the ceiling panels.

No leaks or stains, we did have an issue 2012, while in AZ we had a new AC installed, they didn't level the unit correctly which had no impact until we arrived in Florida where the humidity levels were much higher, the condensation was draining back into the return vent nearest to the AC unit, I leveled the AC and the problem went away, but I suspect that moisture may have seeped between the ceiling and the roof.
Thanks,
Bob

Are there any videos or diy posts that describe how to replace the ceiling panels?
Thanks,
Bob

Ceiling sagging
Hi Bob,
We have a 1997 Kountry Aire that has the same type of problem. I removed the light and the problem is caused from the sealant the factory used has come separated from the metal cross beams. We are the original owners and have never had any water inside. Our coach is inside the garage when not in use. I was thinking of using a nice finish type button with a finish cap that could be screwed into the ceiling metal cross beam
that are spaced 16in apart and maybe three across the panel in the middle
would repair this. I'm looking forward to seeing what others here have done to repair this issue. Thanks Bob

You could do what Bob above might do but I would take coach to Newmar this winter between Jan-March 15% labor discount and they would do it right.
I drought a dealer could do that in N.E.

I had the same issue with my 2003 KSDP. I ended up locating the the aluminum cross member (16" on center) and screwing a 1 inch screw with a plastic cover that matched to color of the ceiling. I secured it every 12 inches. I think having the factory re-secure the ceiling panel would be the better way to go, but that option was not viable in my case. Hope this helps.

All, Thanks for the feedback, I think Im going to take a panel down and see if I can repair it, worst case scenario I'll be have to take a trip to the factory to fix what ever I break:-)
I found this link online http://comnet2.newmarcorp.com/instan...ages/INTFC.pdf

Any report on how this worked out? I have mold around a fluorescent fixture in the bedroom of our '94 KSDP and I suppose there is more inside the ceiling so I'd like to pull a ceiling panel.
Also the link above has gone dead.
