Hi johnnyringo,
The longest KSDP made are the 39XX models. They are 39' long. To the best of my knowledge there are no KSs longer than 39'. There is nothing, chronic, I know about for the coach you are going to look at. The roof will, most likely, need to have the seals run over with EternaBond. Double check the tires and batteries, you know, the usual stuff. I have 70K on my KSDP and loving it very much.

All things being equal, a fair price in this market would be around $60-$70K.

I agree with Gary. If you go to NADA website you can check all the options/upgrades and get a fairly good idea what its worth.
We love our '04 KSDP 3904, 330 Cat/Freightliner with no problems and only minor complaints.

I have the dicor Brite TEK roof on my 03 KSCA coach and its in pretty good shape.
All seams are tight with no gaps and screws on strips are tight.
I plan on putting the tape on roof seams and vent areas on roof eventually.
I'm in the process of resealing all the seams on the coach because they have dried and now chalks down sidewalls. I new it would so I purchase new sealant when I was at Newmar factory.

johnnyringo: Our previous coach was an 03 KS gasser ( same model as 007), not a DP, but the house portion is almost identical for both gas and diesel. We put 99,600 miles on it over 6 1/2 years and had VERY little trouble with any of it. I really think that era Newmars were excellent coaches, and you should get a good deal because of its age.
