Question Kountry Star Roof

The left front corner of our roof is peeling off. This is not the Clear Coat but the actual Roof.

We are in Wyoming with no service
center near us.

Any suggestions as to what we need to do?
We are on a cross country trip and this has slowed us considerably.

This is a 2004 KS DP

Newmar charges 2K$ for fiberglass roof which should last 30 years with proper care. Eterna-bond will fix the immediate problem but a new roof is going to have to be done soon because it is going to come up in another location soon.

As Tom said get some of the wide tape and over lap to cover and seal your roof in QT's 1 & 2 you will find some links on roof repair from badly damaged and replacement of entire roof if needed.
All the links below in my signature will have info for your Newmar
Good luck with your repairs.

The 2,000$ I mentioned about roof choice is when ordering a coach not after the coach is built. As a long time Newmar owner it's a good 2K$ purchase when ordering a coach or paying extra for when buying used.

Hi rbh44,
Gut feel says you have a Brite-Tec roof. As suggested Eterna Bond would take care of the problem. However, where are you going to find Eterna Bond? Consider Flex Seal. Yea the stuff as seen on TV. There are many kinds of Flex Seal. Lowes or Home Depot carry the product. You can find it more easily than Eterna Bond.
