Kudos to Newmar
Just picked up the King Aire from Nappanee and am in love with it again. Newmar outdid themselves this time. It is nicer than when we took delivery of it. They found every creak and rattle it made while going down the road and solved the problems. The 1000 miles back to Texas was as quiet as being in a car. New tile floor throughout - not often you get a chance for a "do over" and the opportunity to use their slide roller protectors so you don't have any roller marks on the floor ever again! All countertops and surfaces have been polished to look new. Sony camera monitor screen was replaced and works perfect. Even the passenger air that has been repaired 3 times in the past finally works perfectly! If I didn't know better, I'd think this was a brand new coach. After my very frustrated last post, I thought it was necessary to have an update saying Newmar listens and takes care of their customers! Couldn't ask for more.

Hi jst4jb,
Congrats on a successful visit to Nappanee. Miracles do happen. Many of them in Nappanee. May you have many miles of happy memories.

Glad your happy for the transition to a new coach for your 2013, the Tech's go the extra step for their high line coach's, they all in fact take their jobs seriously at Newmar no matter what department.

We don't have a "high line" coach but were still treated very well when we were there. There were even a couple of small items that we were going to purchase parts for and fix ourselves but when we picked the coach up, they'd been fixed too.
I'm glad your coach is back on the road and squeak free!

Congratulations! I know that feeling of sublime comfort with no noise. sure is wonderful! Happy trails!
we pulled the trigger today and take delivery of a brand new King Aire on Wednesday. I'm hoping we have that same feeling as we drive along on our travels!

Congrats! I know you will love it! There is a lot to them so take plenty of time with the delivery.

Glad you got all things taken care of. Enjoy the ride back here. But if you show up tomorrow or Tues., you'll think you're back in Indiana! Good time to test out that floor heat.
