I quick word of advice to anyone installing one of these. I just installed mine today and the directions leave a lot to be desired. First of all you need to purchase a long handled rivet tool that will work with steel rivets a small tool will not do the job. Before you order the slide don't just measure the opening on your basement door and subtract the recommended 4". Take into account gas strut mounts. My opening is 44.5 inches and I ordered the 39" trim kit and thank god I didn't order a 40" kit. I have 1/8" clearance next to my gas strut mount. You will need also need 5/16 carriage bolts. The directions do not specify a size. You will also need to remove the release handles on each end so you get a rivet in during assembly, another thing they do not tell you. Enjoy.
