tvp, Yes I have heard of some coaches having laminated floor problems, I don't necessarily think it's a wide spread problem, but my advice to you would be to make and appointment at the factory have it corrected there instead of having some shoemaker trying to fix the problem. Ed.S

I agree with Ed. If you can get an appointment at the factory (expect at least 8 wks) they would be my first choice.

New member states we recently purchased 2005 Mountain Aire,W24 We love everything about it except the laminate flooring..A real mess with poor seams, glue and glue stains..yuk!
We have an appt at Newmar in late September..Wondering what we should ask for ,as they will probably need to replace flooring. We would not feel good about trying the laminate flooring again. Any suggestions.......

paulmargde, Welcome to irv2 I had a MA with laminated flooring an a leak dealer didn't find caused ripples in floor before I could fix the leak. It was just near the rug edge of bath rug, not to bad. My knew coach has the 12" vinel tile in kitchen an rear bath an the wife loves it, an easy to maintain, an looks great. --"007"

Paul, you should expect to be very well treated at the Newmar Factory. My experience last year was excellant. Show them the problem, be reasonable in your expectation, be kind and expect and insist that the problem be corrected. If the flooring is poorly done and it can't be corrected then the flooring should be replaced.
