All four jacks have pivot points on jack mounts they are not stationary.
If you get under coach and with jack up you will see this when you move jack piston housing side to side.
What you may need to check is the bolts that hold the housing for jacks to chassis frame, you will also see bolts for two pivot point plates for jacks and those bolts need to be tight on both sides of housing, there are four bolts for each pivot point.
Your jacks are to stabilize the chassis frame, when you step on your entrance step you will rock the coach if you do not have a support under first step.
You should not over extend your jacks, you level each side rail Dependant where yellow light is.
In most cases yellow light will be on passenger side because its your heavier side so lift both front and rear jacks on that rail first.
Than lift drivers side rail until yellow light goes out.
Always lift each side rail with both front and rear jack together you do not want to twist the frame you could pop out your windshield other wise.
Each jack will lower to ground when one hits ground first it will wait until the other hits ground than both will raise the rail together until level on that side.
Your jack fluid in tank should be between the lines on shaft of bell vent with all jacks up.
IF you are on a uneven site do not ever lift rear tires of ground or your coach will slip forward damaging jacks.
I have two large rubber chocks that were supplied with my coach.
