Leaking Slide Motor

Hey y'all,

I have electrical slide motors and one of them is dripping (very slowly) a greenish fluid out of its housing that I assume is a lubricant. It's been doing that as long as I've had the coach (not quite a year) and who knows how long before that.

This needs to be addressed before it runs out of fluid. Does anyone know how to fix?

Its probably coming out of the gear housing next to motor. What ones I have seen had a heavy thick black grease not greenish?
Does the gear housing gear box center seam have a crack or are any of the bolts loose holding it together?

Describe the fluid, viscosity, odor. As far as I know there isn't "oil" type lubricant in the motor or the gear housing, newmar doesn't use lubes for there slide mechanisms, if anything they use grease in the gear housing. The only fluid I can think of off hand that is green is coolant, could there be a low pressure coolant leak that found its way down to that motor, either from the gen or the motor. I don't think they used hydraulic, it's more amber in color and slightly more viscous, but my be leaking from your jack system and again finding its way to that motor. Checking the reservoir levels in those systems could rule them out.
