Leaving NA in possible freezing weather

Going to leave my NA plugged in for about 2 months ( November & December ) at Hilton Head Motorcoach Park with out me there.
Can any one recommend the settings on heat etc. I should use?
Should I drain it ( low drain )?
What about the hot water line to the front above the generator?
Any recommendations appreciated.🤔

Heat at 50, drain generator line. If temps won’t be below 20 for 24+ hours then AC (no burner) for oasis will be sufficient to stay above freezing in critical areas. If you can have Rozie work, that will let you check in on the coach’s temps if it gets crazy some day (validating that you still have power and nothing else has gone wrong).

I say 50 because temps behind W/D and dishwasher and fridge etc will be colder due to their location and closed-off situation.

You can also set floor heat to maybe 4 for some level of backup.

Since pouring AF down drains is easy, I’d do that just in case something goes wrong .. won’t protect everything but it’s better than nothing.

If you want true peace of mind, winterize with air. If power fails / breaker trip or some such, you’ll have a big problem. Easy enough to winterize by blowing lines out ... and you’ll sleep better

Why not just winterize it to be safe and not have to worry...leave it plugged in, put a small space heater in it and you will be fine. Not winterizing and "hoping" it will be ok is not a good plan.

We leave ours @ HHI all the time during the winter months and have had no issues as the temps rarely get below freezing during those months. We drain the low point drains, drain all the tanks, drain the oasis water exchanger, and leave the heat on @ 55 degrees. If the temps drop below 40 degrees, the oasis heat takes over auto. BTW, we also put Stabil for diesel in the fuel and run the engine and genny afterwards as a good measure.

This link covers winterizing for your coach.
Congratulations on the coach.
Does storage have emergency Gen if power goes off from street , low settings of heat should keep thing warm for your coach and tanks if water left in them if they do your coach is well insulated for that area.

The floor heat has a "store" setting. I would use it, that's what it's for. Floor heat on 4 is a LOT of heat.
