Led Lights under 2018 Ventana Cabinets

What is the best way to remove the fixture or lens to replace the bulb that is blinking. When I try to pull or twist I see it is on a spring and I don't want to break anything.
Thanks

Andy

Round lights the same as in the ceiling?
The whole fixture needs to be replaced as an assembly, the lens screws off, fixture has 3 spring clips that expand as they enter the hole. Using a plastic pry toll I go around the light carefully pulling downward. You might even want to put masking tape around the light to protect the cabinet. Warranty covers these lights stuart

The ceiling lights are connected with Scotch Locks, I carefully reused them

My light is next to the kitchen window, next to the wall so I have to tell my back to stretch a bit farther than it wants to so I can get it out.
Thanks again
