Booster can also be built into a cable distribution box(TV1 TV2 VCR) if you have one.

On Newmars look for a 12 plug in socket and a cable end. It is located in that panel a small black button, when on a small green light will be on. Usually it is by the drivers door.

On the 2000 DSDP, the switch is on the control panel above the dash, on the passenger side. The booster, it's self is most likely behind the control panel.
