Long overdue 2016 Canyon Star 3755 update

Hello all, Since we picked up our 2016 CS 3755 in June of 2016 we have been very busy learning the systems & dealing with minor imperfections. Mike & I love this coach and are very happy with our decision to purchase it so a big Thank You for all the advice & information we got from this forum!
We purchased our CS at North Trail in Fort Myers which overall was an easy process although I had to push a little to get the deal that we wanted. Kevin Richardson, who was our salesman, was pleasant and always responded quickly to our questions during the process.
Our PDI went well and took about 3 hours, we stayed overnight at North Trail and they fixed the items on our punchlist the next day. There were minor cosmetic issues that were fixed and our off door slide was out of alignment by 3 inches on the forward end.
Everything was fixed and we headed home to New Hampshire but the slide acted up again enroute.
We contacted Newmar to get someone to fix it on our way home but after the dealership couldn't figure it out, Mike spoke to Newmar Customer Service who explained what tool we needed and how to fix it. We ordered the 1&1/2" crows foot on Amazon & Mike fixed it 15 minutes after the tool arrived.
We enjoyed our CS throughout the summer at campgrounds with our family & grandsons but in the fall the inverter failed. The inverter was mounted in a horizontal position which the manufacturer website says not to do. We called Newmar who gave us a local rv repair shop who came out to our house & replaced it. Mike could have fixed it but since we are still under warranty there are some things that we will have fixed under it.
We are now heading to Florida from our cousins in North Carolina to have warranty work done at North Trail mid month, again minor things fixed & also an oil change which Mike can't do on the road.
We are staying in various places this month - Jacksonville naval base, Clearwater & Tampa for the rv show for a day or two. We are excited about this longer venture in our motorhome!
Sorry this is long winded but I wanted to capture our overall experience and let you all know that this has been a great coach and floor plan for us. We still don't understand why Newmar discontinued it as it works very well alone & with company.
Although we did not join NKK rally for the Tampa show, We hope to see some fellow IRV2 & Newmar others there on Thursday or Friday. We are hoping to get a dry camping spot if available.
I will post pics once I figure it out so you can see the floorplan & decor specials.

I don't understand why they discontinued it either, it is one of the few floor plans that I liked. Now looking at Tiffin 34PA but that has a couple of things we dislike as well.
