Looking at a 2011 2901.what would you pay??

Hello! I am new to the motorhome world, as we just sold our TT. Hubbs found a used 2011 Newmar 2901 that looks in pretty good condition. Not many around us in CT so we'll have to travel, but this looks like a good model and layout for us.

I've looked for answers to these questions, so if you have this year/model please help me out!

Does it have a vent for the stove? I can't see one in the pics I'm viewing.
Is the awning manual or electric?
Is it a good handling MH to drive? (never drove one)
Led lights or old style bulbs?
Bluetooth?
Is it a pain in the neck (literally) to watch the tv from the sofa?
Are there enough cabinets in the kitchen area?

Also, WHAT WOULD YOU PAY FOR A CLEAN 2011 2901? Mileage is 22k. Looks good inside and out. Original owner.
I have no clue what a good price should be, but the seller is asking 64K.

According to Nadaguides.com the value is about $59k after taking mileage into account (note the value in the link does not take mileage into account). There may be options that increase the value, but this is a good starting point. I personally consider the Nada value as the max I will pay, but YMMV.
