Hi There,

I have same model but a 2015. 2014 is last year for 19" tires and 20,500 GVWR. 2015 has 22.5" tires and 22,000 GVWR. Might consider moving up a year for the larger chassis.
We do like the coach with its full wall slide and king size bed. Very roomy inside for a 32' unit. Bath is a little tight but don't spend much time there.

Looking at a used one. Was bought new in June 2015 and only has 9000km with transferrable warranty to 2021 and the price is right.

We bought in 2014, and went with the Canyon Star for a couple of reasons, one being we got the 22.5 tires. We really liked the 3124 and it drove great, but I think the Canyon Star with the bigger tires drove a little better. If it is a good deal I wouldn't let the tire size alone be the deciding factor. As far as buying a 2014 built Newmar, I don't think you can go wrong. I don't know if we just got lucky but we have had no issues with ours and it is quality built. I think sometimes the year they were built and how many they built may affect some of the attention to detail. We love our Canyon Star and if we ever buy another MH it will definitely be a Newmar.

My parents have a 2014 Baystar 3124 (purchased new in 2015), and are very happy with it. As mentioned the bathroom is sort of cramped, but not terribly so. I'm fat and can't actually get into its bathroom with the FWS in the travel position (but as it's not my coach, that's not a problem that affects me ). Other than that, the floor plan seems to work very well for them. They tow a 2005 Jeep Wrangler, and it handles that task quite adequately. They did have some minor warranty issues that were compounded by a <cough> "difficult" dealer service center, but all has been made right and they are very pleased with their coach.
