Lost Newmar "Help Line" Number

Hi All: Sorry to bother ya, but I've lost the Newmar "Help Line" phone number. Anyone have it? I was told to talk to someone named Carl for help w. a highline question. Talked with Phil Stilley before for appts., but who is Carl? (last name/phone). Thank you. Steve

I believe the Carl they would be referring to would be Carl Snyder.

Hi Steve and Lynette:

I feel sure it is Carl Snyder that was referenced, and the phone number I normally use is 866-463-9627. When that number is answered, you ask to speak with Carl Snyder, or hi-line service, but Carl may not answer the phone if you ask for him. It may be Jeff, or another person. They spread out the workload amongst several folks in hi line but seem always very willing to help. If you need to speak with Carl, you'll need to be specific with your request. I also have Carl's cell number and if you need that, and you'll pm me, I'll give it to you.

You're welcome for the help with the ladder. Always glad to help as are so many others here. That's one of the things that makes this forum so great.
