Just removed the plywood boards under bed(right side) and there was the motor just as explained. only difference is i do see that the head of bolt is not even up against the lock washer BUT I do not see a nut on opposite. Seems the bolt just screws into housing/bracket on opposite end. Could this be the cs. If so, so much for using blue loctite, NORD-LOCK washers and lock nuts. Will just have to use the 1st 2 mentioned. Any thought/opinions on what I'm seeing?

Are you saying it has Nord-Lock washers? Who put those in?

I bought the washers as suggested in previous post. Never put them on though. Found the bolts were loose so we tightened them without new washers or loctite. Made the same popping noise....in and out. Have an appointment for next Wednesday to ck it out along with A/C 2 issues of tripping breaker. Will report back then. Thanks for the input.
