low Battery issue😭 any help appreciated

I have a Magnum 2000 watt inverter pure sine (I think). The red led for fault is on and it turned inverter off. I am plugged into 50 amp service from my house and that connection seems ok. Any ideas on what I should try next? I have been looking on the forum but couldn’t find a specific answer to my issue. We have a 2017 Ventana LE 3709 Diesel. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Is your battery cut of switch on for your house batteries found in overhead cabinet.
Needs to be on so BIRD OR B.I.M can charge your batteries, all of them.

A NEWMAR SEARCH ENGINE of your problem

Thanks 007. I just went out and it is now in bulk charge mode, so looks like things are ok now. My first time with an inverter ( especially in the frigid cold north). I was given some incorrect info. from magnum customer service which led me to think I had a big issue. I really appreciate you getting back to me, very much appreciated. Chuck
