lumbar support

Another from a newbie.
We have flexsteel pilot and co-pilot seats. The co-pilot seats lumbar support will air up but not go back down. The DW is not happy. The switch and connections look good but we have it fully inflated and is very uncomfortable to sit in. If we could just get it back down I could work with it later to get it working properly.
Thanks

I'm not sure about the lumbar support, but other functions in the chair operate on their own fuses. We had a similar problem with the heating element in the co-pilots chair, which was fixed with a fuse. Found that the culprit was a pinched wire under the chair, which shorted each time the chair spun around.
