I echo the battery concern. I bought like you are trying--new coach that sat on dealer lot for nearly a full year. I had to replace all 6 batteries (house, not chassis) due to poor lot maintenance within a couple of months of ownership. In my case, the dealer stepped up and reimbursed me, but it could have gone the other way. Have them test the water in each cell and if you can be there to witness the read on the hydrometer, even better. My bill was $1600 and I installed myself. Dealer wanted to charge $400 to install, but I upgraded to AGM's for the difference in price of them installing versus me.

get it inspected
have and independent mobile rv repair man go through the whole coach and write down everything he finds wrong. then have it fixed before you take delivery. might be the best money you spent and will save you any aggravation. like getting a boat surveyed before you purchase it.

And just hope the TECH has knowledge of how everything works in your particular coach.

Chris is a good man. If you get a chance, tell Allen Schwartz hello from Don & Sandee Moore.

Will be a week or two before we have things completed. Mt. Comfort has posted a you tube video that shows a tour of it quite well.

We pick up our new coach next Friday
We signed the deal on the 15th and will drive my Holiday Rambler up to turn in next Friday, the 21st. Mt. Comfort RV has been great to work with. They have replaced the chrome entry door piece due to pitting and said Newmar is replacing the front chrome mirrors as well. We are set to camp Friday and Saturday night at Heartland RV Resort just down the road from the dealer to allow us a short shakedown camping trip before we head home to Louisville. Hope all goes well as we are going to head to Florida in it right after the wife wraps up her tax business on April 15th.
