Has anyone removed their Flexsteel magic sofa bed from a 2000 Dutch Star motor home slide out? We would like to have it reupholstered as the current material is outdated. Does the sofa have to be disassembled to remove from Motorhome?

all the sofas come apart. it is easier to take it apart inside the coach than trying to wrangle that out the door. The upholstery shop needs it in pieces, also
