Maintaining my living room slide out?

Does anyone know if I should grease anything such as the rails underneath or anything else to maintain the slide?
Thanks,
Craig

In my signature below are three links with more information for your coach.

Being a long time Newmar slide owner I would recommend once a year to check all bolts that attach the motor to the slide. We are here in Quartzsite at the Newmar "gathering" and there is a coach here that has a damaged slide out attachment to the frame which has a lot of damage and it looks like the bolts to the motor came loss and that damage was caused by the bolts coming loss. Newmar slide out are one of the best in the business and don't require much maintenance. Tom 04 Essex

Hi woodtouch6,
No lubrication needed. Check for loose drive parts annually.

Missing Slide out locking bar tool. Please help.

When i purchased my 99 DSDP the Slide out locking bar tool didn't come with it along with some other items.
Can someone show or send me a photo with dimensions of one so I can have one made?
I would purchase one from someone if they had an extra.
Thanks,
Craig
