No, he didn't do that but he did crawl underneath and check them out. Not as thorough as you suggest but I'm comfortable with his assessment.

I have the "Pressure Pro System" on all tires, and keep them inflated at the following pressures all the time: front axle: 115 psi, drive axle 85 psi, tag axle 75 psi, which were the recommended pressures by Newmar.
MH weight is around 36,000 lbs.
I believe they can safely last 10 years.
Tell me if I am wrong.
Thanks.

It's just my opionion, but as long as you inspect them and they meet the manufacturers standards, you are good to go.

I feel 115 PSI in front for these 305s XRVs is a lot and gives a very harsh ride and wonder (checking the max loads((single)) on Michelin's site) if that is not too much

Forget what Newmar says as they are usually too high. Have your coach weighed and adjust pressure per the Michelin tables.

As Dav5942 has said get your coach weight as you have it fully loaded, Newmar weights and chassis sticker on wall are for weights unloaded.
With your tires that high you may have blow out your tires when heated up while traveling will increase 10 to 15 lbs more than you cold tire weight.
Never release air from tires when heated.
Always put in air in cold tires in morning.

Michelin tires.

and even if you would use Nitrrogen in your tires, the PSI still has to be well calculated and 115 PSI up front (SRV 305s) is too much for my DSDP - Thank You

After reading all your good comments, I had the Mountain Aire weighted.
Loaded: Front end: 13,380 lbs Tandem: 21,860 lbs. I did not weight each wheel separately which I will do when I found an appropriate scale.
According to Michelin's table, for the XRV 305/7022.5, I would put 100psi for the front wheels, 90 lbs for the tandem drive wheel; Iand about 80 psi in the Tag axles.
Does that sound right ?
Your opinions willl be appreciated.

After you get the 4 corner weight and go to the inflation charts you will notice its the minimum psi. Use the next higher psi so that you are not running at minimum.

Didn't see anything in the tables about a minimum requiring the next higher number, but did see you need the corner weight-especially since most RVs are not equally balanced side to side.

We run at the chart specified pressure and have found our tires do NOT change pressure even after 60,000 miles.

Its not stated that way,but you will notice all pressures are listed as " minimum recomended inflation". What I am saying is best not to run at the bare minimum.

The based on the information in your last post, the PSI is correct.

Many have had rougher rides by inflating over the specified pressures. Especially with the front tires.

I have a friend that runs his under inflated because he gets a much softer ride. That doesn't mean its the best thing to do. A truck will never ride like a car.
